We built an end-to-end processing layer that handles this at scale: incoming documents are parsed and structured automatically, a searchable knowledge index is built from the content, and the system drafts responses ready for human sign-off.
What we built
- Automated document parsing — incoming documents of any format are extracted, structured, and classified without manual handling
- Knowledge index — content is indexed into a searchable, always-current knowledge base that teams can query directly
- Draft generation — the system produces first drafts for RFQ responses, regulatory submissions, and contract reviews, grounded in the organisation’s own data and prior work
- Legal contract review — contracts are reviewed against defined criteria, with flagged clauses and suggested edits surfaced for legal sign-off
Outcome
Processing time dropped by over 50%. Teams were able to take on significantly more volume — including tenders and opportunities they simply wouldn’t have had capacity for before — with direct impact on revenue.
